APEL (MQA) ProgrammeAPEL stands for Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning. It is a government-recognised pathway in Malaysia that allows working adults to convert their work experience and non-formal learning into formal academic qualifications β without needing to return to full-time study.
There are three types: APEL.A (Access β gain entry to university), APEL.Q (Qualification β earn a degree/master's/PhD award), and APEL.C (Credit β transfer credits to reduce study time).
